 WHAT does this mean?
Alamo FCU will not
authorize and pay overdrafts for ATM
transactions and one-time debit card
transactions.
Failure to choose ‘Opt-in’ by AUGUST 15TH
will result in denial of any ATM and
one-time debit card transactions.
NOTE: The current
NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee of $25.00
will still need to be paid for each
overdrawn item.
WHY?
New federal regulation
(Regulation E) becomes effective on July 1,
2010 for NEW
members and August 15, 2010 for
EXISTING
members.
How to AVOID?
Choose OPT-IN on Consent
Form to enjoy the coverage of Overdraft
Protection/Courtesy Pay.
Visit any Alamo FCU
branch and complete a Consent Form, OR
